Rainy Saturday

Hellooooo dear reader, I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps today :( Feeling a little nauseous but I'd still like to get things done today! I have my friend's older sister's graduation party later in the day but I'm meant to go a little earlier to help set up with two of my other friends. She lives insanely far so we're gonna be picked at around 1.

Today's To Do List:

~1 hour - 1 hour and 30 min of cardio

~Flexibility training (20 min?!?)

~30 min - 1 hour of SSAT prep!

~Paint nails blue (pink doesn't seem like the right choice)

Not stacked AT ALL, but I'm happy it's an easy day. Tomorrow I have another friend's birthday party and it's also a pool party! Oh how I love any and all bodies of water! I'm so excited about this summer! So much to do and even more time to complete it all! I'll try to write here everyday and maybe even mulitiple times a day. I'll try not to be so saccharine but I'm just much to happy not to be that way. Once I get home from the party or just tomorrow I'll write some of my summer goals in a post. Oh and I remember having a blog in seventh grade but I lost it :( Quite sad but this is a new chapter. I'll do some blog posts on the books and media that I'm consuming too, I don't want this to solely be a place for my thoughts to spill onto. Oh and summer school starts next week thursday. I get to learn 10th grade math so I can do 11th grade math next year. Perks of being in the IB program. AHHHH I'm so excited to start at a new school this coming school year! Okok I'm done writing for now!

Buh bye dear reader!

My Favourite Words (with some reasoning!)

Ephemeral Scintillant: Why this word isn't used in the English language more often, I'll never know. Why one would resort to using something as unadorned as "glittery" is beyond me. Tendril: As a curly-haired girl, this is a no-brainer! Whimsy: duh. Melifluous Dubious: First time I saw this word being used was in the book "The Categorical Universe of Candice Phee" and I've loved it ever since! Lethologica Meraki:  Dulcet: "Dulcet tones" enough said. Apricity Solace: As an only child this resonates. Squabble Dillydally: All I need is a field of flowers. Orphic Ruminate Rotund: Sounds exactly like what it means. Foudroyant:   Technically a French word, but a fun word nonetheless. Hubris Fibber:   Reminds me of Junie B. Jones and Judy Moody, although I'm almost absolutely and unequivocally certain that it was a word primarily used in Junie B. books. Iscocelese + Scalene: Perfectly spelt. Brouhaha Eunoia

Busy Busy Morning

Hellooooo, I'm writing (well typing) this before doing some yoga, then some cardio! Today's plan is brunch and a walk around downtown with my friends that I haven't seen since third grade (isn't that crazy!), and then go shopping at the mall for gifts for my other friend whose birthday party I'm going to later. Als,o I wasn't able to go to the party yesterday because my dad really didn't want to drive all the way over there to pick my friends and I up. I didn't put in a fight because I sort of didn't want to go, I felt much to sluggish to drag myself there. I feel much better today though, so I'm ready to take on the day! I've gone back to watching Gossip Girl, for the third time to be specific (absurd, isn't it), but there are so many episodes it's honestly amazing to rewatch. The second September hits, I'll be back to watching Gilmore Girls. Oh how I miss fall! My birthday, stunning colours and Halloween, what isn't there ...
